INK & TONER USA was established in 2004 as the first ink and toner retail store in Palm Beach County, Florida designed to provide consumers and businesses with exceptional savings on printer, copier, and fax supplies.
Today, the company is the largest retailer of its kind in Palm Beach County and now provides supplies to customers locally and throughout Florida and the United States.
INK & TONER USA offers a variety of ways for its customers to save on supplies, including remanufactured, new compatible and brand-name (OEM) products at highly competitive prices. Additionally, many ink cartridges are filled right in the store to provide exceptional savings.
Family-operated, INK & TONER USA, LLC is a woman-owned business. Jane C. Bloom is President & CEO. She and her husband, Bob (Vice-President & COO), are long-time residents of Wellington, Florida.
“We attribute our success to our focus on customer service and quality products,” says Jane. “We offer advice and assistance, including which equipment will save the most money on supplies, when to buy high-capacity cartridges to save the most money, and checking out our customers’ equipment when they are having trouble.
“We achieved breakeven in our third month of operation and exceeded our goal of $400,000 in sales – with an average of only 2.5 employees – in our first full year of operation (2005)”, continues Jane. “There are few companies in our industry anywhere who have achieved similar financial success. We know that the future is very bright.”
INK & TONER USA is proud of its commitment to offer supplies that are “Made in the USA”. “In today’s worldwide supplies marketplace, it’s impossible to provide exclusively USA-made products,” says Bob. “After all, virtually 100% of brand-name, or OEM, cartridges are manufactured outside of the United States. As long as we can obtain the highest quality supplies at very competitive prices from US manufacturers, we will continue to offer them to our customers.”
Adds Bob, “Our inks are the best in the world and are made right here in the United States. We know that some of the franchise operations use foreign-made ink, but we will not do so. And our remanufactured toner cartridges come from the USA’s most respected and highest-quality manufacturers.”
INK & TONER USA opened its second store (independently owned) in Westbury, New York in 2005. In addition to growing its own customer business in 2006, the company will expand by training independent business people how to economically open and operate successful ink and toner stores.
